6:00 pm start at the corner of Third St and Totara St.

The course takes you along Totara St, up Manuka St, past Milford Downs and up parallel to Golf Course No. 2 fairway finishing at the silo near the start of the Nikau heights trail. Map and details are on the website.

Following the run there will be pizza from the MacDonalds wood fired oven.
