Cross Country Race 6 & ACM Championships

The Champs will be held at Kamahi, James Rd, Rangitumau

Thanks to the Spite Family for hosting and Roger & Claudia for setting the course.

Massed start at 10:00am

All participants are able to participate in the club championships, but only financial ACM members are eligible for club trophies.

Your grade is based on your gender and age on the day (see below).  

Junior Runners (U18) may compete for the Club Champion (first male and female runners home over 6km or 8km respectively) but must arrange this with organisers beforehand. They will get two times, one for 4 km and one for the longer distance.

 

The prizegiving will be at the next event at the Club rooms.

Follow the flags and arrows you should not get lost. Pass within 5m either side of a marker or pass through the ‘gate’ if there are 2 markers.

Morning tea – in the wool shed – please bring something to share.

Kamahi Farm is located at 224 James Road, Rangitaumau. Off the Bluff-Rangitaumau Road before the church.

Boys (under 13) -  2 km

Junior Men (13-17) -  4 km

Senior Men (18 - 39)  -  8 km

Men 40-49 -  8 km

Men 50-59 -  8 km

Men 60-69 -  6 km

Men 70+ -  6 km

Walkers Men -  4 km

Girls (under 13) -  2 km

Junior Women (13-17) -  4 km

Senior Women (18 - 39) -  6 km

Women 40-49 -  6 km

Women 50-59 -  6 km

Women 60-69 -  6 km

Women 70+ - 6km

Walkers Women -  4 km
